Manage localized IT Service Operations teams. Develop strong relationships with your peers (other Service Ops managers) and work collaboratively with them to ensure consistent delivery of solutions throughout the enterprise.
Manage on-call rotation for Service Desk teams.
Design, document and implement policies and procedures to support industry compliance demands of business and ensure unwavering adherence.
Maintain and manage local hardware inventories to ensure ability to respond to user needs in a timely manner.
Prepare and deliver routine Executive Dashboards to highlight current state for Service Desk and End User Support teams.
Perform occasional remote hands support for enterprise Networking, Storage or Systems Admin teams.
Build amazing professional relationships with key internal stakeholders. Become an extension of their teams.
Completely OWN your domain! Independently resolve critical technical issues promptly, perform root cause analysis, document all issues, and implement steps for future mitigation.

Manages the global function of a 24 x 7 NOC, providing direct supervision and technical leadership to the team.
Provides escalation support for Level 3 technical support personnel.
Develops, maintains, and monitors all policies, standards and procedures for the NOC.
Performs complex problem solving during critical outages, and subsequently develop post mortem.
Leads the strategic and tactical activities to provide ongoing implementation of best practices.
Ensures performance metrics are achieved, increasing productivity, reducing unit costs, managing budget and performance of the team.
Communicates with key players on operational issues, handles escalations, and notifies senior management of high severity and chronic network issues.
Ensures technology solutions have appropriate operational readiness in order to improve the stability and operational efficiencies of the environment.
Analyzes and maintains performance data to ensure optimal usage of the resources available.
Ensures that the business and technical architecture of delivered solutions match customer requirements.
